Is this OCD?
For some reason in my head if I don't do things a certain way I will tell myself bad things will happen if I don't do it the way my head says. Does that make sense?
Yes it is called the OCD bad luck syndrome if I don't do things a certain way I had this but one day I decided to test it and not do that certain way and everything was fine!
