Schizo ocd!?

I have had schizo ocd before..... Months ago it always went and came back. I woke up and saw my mom laying down with a cat sitting on her ( we sleep in a living room) i had only been awake for a few seconds tho. Now i had been awake for about 5-15 minutes earlier and I swear I saw my cat look at me and meow out of the corner of my eye! Even tho she was asleep! It has now spiked my anxiety A LOT!  There was this incident the other day where I heard a beep that possibly wasn't even there and told myself to let it go. I just don't know what to do, I just need some comfort right now because my anxiety is crazy :(

You had something to take your mind off of it so that is why you were doing better.  You should speak to your parents about this so they can get you help.  Are you a reader?  If so, try some fantasy books such as those by Brent Weeks or Brandon Sanderson.  My son loves those books.  It will take your mind off and away from the OCD thoughts.

No, but my grandfather was hospitalized for 10 days so I was getting out of the house everyday so things were better, no overanalyzing, anxiety or depression ( there were a few times where it was hard but since I was getting out I got it off of my mind) but now he's out and  things are back to being crappy again, I'm getting worse again. I don't know what to do :( any advice??!!

Hi, I was talking to you about the schizo ocd thing a little while ago on another post of mine. I have discovered that I'm more than likely overanalyzing everything again ( I don't want to jinx it tho) but I swear I heard a cat meow a few times clear as day but all my cats were sleeping. I'm pretty sure I was thinking about me hallucinating when that happened but I don't know..... When my mind is completely off of it and I'm doing something else outside of my house there's almost no problem which makes me wonder if I'm just overreacting. But its things the cat meowing that gives me panic attacks, makes me overthink everything and feuls the fear that I'm hallucinating and I'm going to hear voices telling me to do awful things.  Do you have any advice on how to keep my mind off of it? The only person in my family that has a car is my grandfather but he goes to work from 10am to 6pm and I'm only 13 so I can't really ever get out of the house.
