atypical physical reaction to obsessive thoughts

Curious to know if anyone else has the same physical reaction to their Pure O thoughts as I do. I don't react the typical way to my thoughts, increase heart rate, increase resp rate, sweating etc.. I respond with severe head pain, like my brain is floating in  a vat of battery acid. I can also experience the pain before the thoughts start. Chicken and egg really. CBT was a failure for me because of this. If anyone else has the same reaction and has been treated for it, let me know., Thanks

are you taking any medicines for ocd, have you tried yoga, meditation,
may be these things will help you, it could be that you are severe depression in connection with ocd, try to disuss this with psychiatrist.

cbt and medication correct our abnormal response to these thoughts and hence the intensity to these thoughts decreases, may be some other therapist might help you, some other medication might help you, keep trying

I did try a couple of migraine medications to no avail. My PCP doesn't really no what to think of it, nor do any of the psychologists I've seen. Like I said it's an atypical response, however no one really wants to explore it either. I have a couple of my own theories based on research but it's falling on deaf ears. Oh well, the battle continues lol, I appreciate the response
