blood donation for first time for saving lives, in return suffering from hiv ocd
Hi....During blood donation while I was waiting for my turn, the nurse collected blood bags of three persons in the same room of blood bank and separated the tube that connects needle to the bags and she wasnt wearing gloves. Now here my ocd jumps, what if she got some blood on her hand ( microscopic quantities or invisible) by mistake. Then afterwards she appllied yellow coloured liquid on my arm and it evaporates . She tapped her fingers on my veins without gloves or disinfecting her hands before venipuncture. I might have caught hiv or hepatitus from other persons blood.i m worried sick. Plz help I want the real me back
