I does sound as if you have OCD tendencies but I really don't know anything about hearing voices either singularly or in groups.  You really should seek out the help of a psychologist so that you can get a formal diagnosis of what is going on.  At this point in time, it is hard to know what kind of treatment there is without really knowing the cause.  You could waste a lot of your time this way.  It is better to be proactive and get the right help now rather than do internet searches and that kind of thing.  Take care.

not exactly thats not it.. but what u said about " forward thinking in your head and having that conversation in your head i do as well.. i believe i was going through generalized anxiety at the time, OCD is always present but when it gives a relief esp when in my circumstances at the time where i was indoors for 4 months cause i was abroad at the time. The climate too lend to that becaues it was cold i did go out with my girlfriend and stuff , both day and nite but when i was home during the day for those months i started to worry incessantly over my OCD encounters with former employees and rumours etc in my area and how false info is easily believed etc...

i actually heard an alternative rock song in my head, it lasted for 5 seconds as soon as i turned my head/neck it stopped. But the morning b4 that, i heard a voice increasing oh like shouting that lasted for a second , prior.. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT B4 IN MY LIFE.. i intend to visit my psychiatrist again soon enough that happened in early febu. prior to that for a 2 week time frame i occasionally was hearing single voices and then music very faintly and then group voices.. perhaps maybe 6 times during that time.. I JUST WANT SOMEONE WHO HAVE AN IDEA OF THIS TO LET ME KNOW IF U HAVE FRIENDS PERHAPS CONSULT THEM ON THIS SITE

Not that I am aware of.  I'm not a doctor but I have not heard of hallucinations as part of the symptoms of OCD.  What I myself will do sometimes is rehearse conversations I plan to have or have had in my head.  I will forward think something and then find myself having that conversation in my head.  Is this what you are talking about or are you hearing other voices?
