Downside of Seroquel
My psychiatrist has prescribed me 50mg of seroquel for my OCD. However, I have heard that Seroquel can shrink your brain. Is it worth it? What do you guys think of these studies?

The optimal word is "can". Even if one person displayed an adverse effect during drug trials, it has to be reported. What I take, Wellbutrin, can cause seizures. You have to weigh the pros and the cons. Me off Wellbutrin stinks...me on Wellbutrin...perfect therefore I take it and seizure risk is far from my mind. Not something I worry about at all. So will you be better on the meds or off? Right now I'm thinking that you should give it a try. And don't Google stuff...it is just going to cause more problems.
I have had major mood swings on ssri drugs so he doesn't want to prescribe those.
pls ask ur psychiatrist if ssris like sertraline are ok ? they have lesser sideeffects
