Feel like dying
Dear friends I have tested hiv negative 10 weeks post for no risk serial activity. From India through tridot n ria.. Now am getting thoughts like what if she injected me without my knowledge.. I had all my clothes on.. But it was very dark.. I didn't feel anything.. But fear is making me worse day by day.. Will I know when am injected or can it be done without me being aware.. Also I am scared if the test results might change later.. Just feel like dying.. These things don't go of my mind

ur condition is getting severe this is not the problem of hiv, because u know these thoughts are irrational, it is ocd which is troubling you, u have to seek treatment from a psychiatrist.
i am also from india but the psychologists are rarely available, if they are available in ur city u can go to them also, if not then psychiatrists are available in most cities so u can get medicines for ocd, but learning cognitive behavior therapy is essential for severe ocd suffers, because with medicines alone ocd treatment takes very long time and is not long lasting, treatment with cbt+medicine is most effective, long lasting , for some patients after taking both cbt and medicines there ocd goes away for about decades of years,
National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore is the best institute in india, aiims delhi u can go there for therapy.
if u cant go there then u can learn therapy from self help books.
i have taken help from "Overcoming Obsessive Thoughts: How to Gain Control of Your OCD by David A. Clark, Christine Purdon, it will be very helpful
and remember getting free from ocd takes time , 3-4 weeks to some real effect and 6-12 months for complete treatment so dont get frustrated and self motivation and patience will be the key for ur success.

Jgf the whole day I keep thinking of the possibilities n try to recollect what happened that night.. It has been happening since 25 days.. M becoming non-functional
I Didnt take any tests for ocd brother.. Just those thoughts dont fade away... I don't even know what's my problem.. Ppl have assured me am free from hiv with Regard to my risk.. But I always get diverted like what if she injected me without my knowledge.. Is it possible bro..
first stop this testing behavior and please tell us what treatment u r taking for ocd, because hiv anxiety in normal peoples dies with test but with ocd it wont go away with this testing , u have to get urself treated for ocd
