Possible needle stick | Hiv

I was standing on a road and some random person came to me asking for some money because he lost his wallet. He looked very unhygienic. After the conversation, he gave me a normal handshake and a dab handshake. Now i am worried if he injected a needle into me when giving me a handshake. I didn't find any visible spot on my hands. Is it possible that he could prick me while handshaking and me not feel it?

This is the obsessive compulsive forum and we do not answer hiv risk assessments here.  Do you have ocd?  If so, what steps have you taken to treat it?  THAT I will discuss with you here.
