Think I have OCD, never did anything about it?

A few years ago, I used to do this thing after I prayed, kind of make this humming noise, amoung several other things I would do, or otherwise I thought I would get bad luck.

I never got help, as it never took much time and I knew it was OCD, so never really let it take up too much of my time (I would think, "now you're being silly" stop)

Lately when I go out on nights out and if I black out from drinking (2 times) I spend a lot of time for a day or two after worrying about what happened. Thinking of many scenarios until I've thought about them so much that it seems like the truth. I perform no rituals now, however (nor have I been tempted to for years)

Although I perform no rituals, does this worrying relate to OCD?

NB: Dont worry about me being drunk it was a special occasion and I rarely do it, this is an OCD question..

It could relate to OCD. However, if you don't perform rituals, it may just be a mild case of it. Welcome to the forum. We are here to help you with whatever you may need to get off yourr shoulders.
