URGENT HELP NEEDED

I am taking fluvoxamine 100mg and coplrazole 50 mg sice past week.I have been on medication 2 years back but discontinued due to no OCD symptoms.But now i have a problem that i cant ejaculate.I tried mastubrating for an hour but couldnt ejaculate.Why is this happening to me??

I have also found that OCD medications, I believe SSRI's in general can cause sexual side effects. I myself have experienced them. Total lack of sex drive, as in notta, none, gone. I have also had problems reaching orgasm, this is probably what you are experiencing.

I am not sure what can be done about these side effects, I think the best thing for you to do is to consult your Dr on this.

Also, try not to overthink it. Try not to feel so stressed about it. Stress will only make the issue worse.

Hi there...well the fluvoxamine (luvox) can cause some adverse sexual side effects however the prevalence seems to be much less with this drug than with others.  I cannot find a reference for caplrazole.  Is that drug spelled right?   What did you take two years ago?  If it worked and you didn't have any sexual side effects with that medication, then you may want to think about switching back.  Unfortunately a lot of medication used to treat OCD do have sexual side effects to some degree.  I have found that Wellbutrin, at least for me, doesn't have any sexual side effects.
