Thank you for your comments, I try to remind me that, that HIV is not transmitted by surfaces but sometimes I get nervous and can`t control, thank you for your response, by now I am on the second week on Lexapro, I went yesterday to my Doctor and she said that Lexapro is very safe and that after a month I will feel better, she also sent me to a phycology to star the therapids, she also said that the treatment will last between 6 month until a year.

1) It may take several weeks for the effects of anti-depressants to fully kick in. Don't lose hope if you don't feel any different right away.
2) Well, personally, I keep reminding myself that HIV basically loses its ability to infect people when it leaves the body and reaches the air. So if it's on surfaces, then it is weak and not able to infect you. Perhaps you could visit the HIV board on here. There are people more knowledgeable about the virus than me that can put your mind at ease as why not to worry about being infected with the virus unless you share drug needles and other risky activities.
