Can you be more specific? Are they anxious thoughts that something is going to happen to your family or are they harming thoughts that you are having?

Hi there. I think they can. I had a lot of problems with my OCD when I was pregnant and of course there are a lot of hormonal changes going on. Also stress makes my OCD worse as well.
