What are the remedy for wet dreams problem ,please tell me how can it be stopped.Also I have OCD, and i am on medicines(Zoloft)

How much semen is coming out while you are sleeping? Is it just a little bit or a ton?

Sperms comes out while on sleep ,even though there was no sexual dreams.

So ,I want the solution for this problem?

What sort of problems are you having? Do you mean you are having these dreams rather frequently?
