Skin exposure to Bostik Expandafoam

I have encounted a young boy who had Bostik Expandafoam on his face. It has dried and common treatments will not remove it. Could you please advise me.

Hello,

How long ago was the initial exposure? What are of the face is afffected (close to the eyes)?

The exposure was on Saturday am. By the time he had got to hospoital ED the foam had dried and the issue is now how to remove the dried form.  The area is around the ear and cheek with some on the neck.

I have spoken to the boys parents and they have advised me that they covered the area with petroleum jelly and in the morining they were able to peel some of the dried foam off.
