Went for routine dentist appt, and they thought found a cyst. So after biopsy with surgeon it was not a cyst but bone loss on two areas of my teeth. I had braces before, and had them on for over 4 years, it was supposed to be 2 but i did not go to check-ups. Surgeon said I need a bone graft, but was too expensive to do right now. He didnt seem too concerned about it. But I went on internet, and seen that fibrous hyperplasia is a bone disease, now I'm really scared.
Here is report. i do not understand it.

specimen was not secioned and totatlly submitted.
Microscopic: Sections reveal wedge-shaped segments of tissue partially covered by slightly obliquely sectioned mucosal-type sqamous epithelium displaying no atypia. The bulk of the underlying connective tissue is composed of a large amount of collagenzing, scar-like fashion superficially into skeletal muscle-fibers. muscle fibers occupy approximately one-haf of the volume of the specimen. THe penetration of the scar-like fibrous tissue into the muscle is very superficial. No evidence of malignancy isobserved into the sections studied.
