Dental Implants

I am a 45 yr. old female.

I had the bottom left molar extracted 1 yr. ago and am considering a dental implant; but, worried if it isn't sucsessful.

What is the success rate for a bottom left molar dental implant?  What is the expected healing time and common complication/s during and after procedure?

Thank you for your time doctor.

I am a male of 29 years, I have always had such bad experiences when it comes to dentists.  I have not been for a check up in 12 years and needless to say have been suffering with tooth aches and problems.  I went two years ago to remove a grinder due to a large cavity, I now have another large cavity in another grinder, i want to get help and try to turn back some time for my teeth.  After reading some stuff online i feel worse.  I  thought that in this day and age there would be simple and pain free ways to replace, repair, mend, fix and change someones teeth that would be more permanent and strong than some for the things I have heard about..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
The success rates for dental implants are between 98-99%.  They are one of the most successful tooth replacement options available with the greatest patient satisfaction.

Healing time varies depending on the implant system and doctors experience. It is typically between 6-12 weeks.  Complications are extremely rare if the surgery is done by a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
