Hi Anil!
No, the MRI findings are not normal. Bone marrow contusion basically means a bone injury. In this case the medial femoral condyle is injured. Also you have anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) strain and probably a strain or a tear in the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL). You also have a tear in the body of lateral meniscus and if it involves the white portion of the meniscus, it will not heal by conservative methods. Similar mucoid degeneration of posterior horn of medial meniscus will need to be surgically corrected.
In your case ice, rest, pain killers, physiotherapy, braces etc can be tried. But in all probability, only surgery will help you regain full function and strength in knee. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
