Am I candidate for Arthosurface

I’m a 46 year old male who enjoys playing sports.I recently tore my meniscus for the 4th time I have had 3 meniscus repairs in 2014. I am scheduled for another Arthoscopy in 8 days. The surgeon asked me to research Arthosurface but has not indicated that he will going that route. My mri report indicates. Focal full thickness tears of the patellar cartilage at the lateral facet. Thinning of the cartilage overlying the medial femoral condole and medial tibial plateau with joint space narrowing
