Avulsion Calcaneus advice re Achilles

4 days ago I had an accident on my bicycle which resulted in an X-ray at A&E and a diagnosis of an avulsion calcaneus. During my brief discussion with the orthopaedic consultant he muttered something about my Achilles looking unhappy, but as I had been given codeine and oramorph I was a bit woozy and didn’t have the ability or inclination to ask him to clarify what he meant. I have an image of the X-ray and I wondered if someone could take a look and give me some feedback and advice?
