Does masturbation cause pain in the leg and also gonorrhoea piles

i feel this pain in my my left leg only because that is the direction my penis looks to .  Theres always this sharp pains in my left leg when i stand just for a minute. All this started when i began to masturbate for like 6 years now and this is really dragging me to hell gradually. Anytime i masturbate more i get this piles and feels sharp pain when urinating .... Please i need help on how to  stop this and really want to know if me masturbating is the cause ...
