Bones crack, sometimes when I try to and others with no warning

Hi, multiple bones in my body crack and almost never give me pain but sometimes feel what seems to be sore after cracking. My neck, shoulders, calves (idk if its thats what its called but its the area of my legs below the knees, above the ankles), ankles, knuckles, back, and wrists crack as if they were knuckles themselves. When I was younger, I cracked my knuckles to look tough, none of the others, then all of the other bones I just found out I could crack. I usually crack most upon waking up but sometimes in the afternoon, ill move my arms up, about to stretch, when my shoulder(s) crack or ill be walking and my calve(s) will crack. Im 14 and just wanna know if this is something to worry about or be cautious towards in the future. As a last note, I can crack my wrists sideways (though its harder to do), or by pushing down on my wrist with my palm facing my wrist inward and my ankles occasionally feel as if they NEED to crack when they cant.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Cracking (bending or twisting a joint) the joints produces a popping sound because the partial vacuum formed in the synovial fluid within cavitations in the joint collapses or the ligaments spread rapidly or adhesions within the joint are broken. According to some studies this increases your risk of developing arthritis. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
