Breastbone sticking out on Child.

Hello my ten year old daughter noticed her right breastbone sticking out ( even shows through a T Shirt )  on monday morning so we took her straight to the local doctor,  Who then sent us to the hospital to get  X Ray.
The doctor said " The bones look normal and told us not to worry ".  However we did have look at the x ray and noticed like a white cloud over the bone. Again the doctor said dont worry, and has sent the picture off to be looked at. We should get the results back within a week.
She's not in pain ,but anyone have any idea what it could be ??????

Also, ask your doctor about "Connective Tissue Disorders".  It won't hurt to investigate the possibility as a HCTD can cause anomilies in joints and bones, especially the chest area, which relies heavily on the connections between the sternum and ribs.
