Chronic pain in both feet

hay all
I have been suffering from chronic pain in my two feet for about four to five years
The pain is more evident in the left leg
Heat increases the pain (for example, cover the feet with a blanket at night or put socks)
At first I thought it was because I was suffering from Ulphus but recently I spent a good part of three months in bed following a prominent disc in my neck, but the pain in my feet did not stop.
There is no time for the pains to appear, they are 24/7
I did most of the tests: ultrasound, photography, I went to a rheumatologist, blood tests, walking labs, emg, bone density and CT .... The only test that showed something was the CT and it showed Additional solus muscle in the left leg (the leg that is always more painful).
The orthopedist said it was nothing but I could not find anywhere information  about Additional solus muscle
I'd love to hear ideas or advice.
