Dislocated knee recovery (17 y/o)

I dislocated my knee in April this year, went to the hospital and they popped it back in. It took from April to July for me to recover, with different knee braces and pysico. A week after getting discharged from the hospital in July, my knee dislocated again however this time it popped back in by itself, it took until September for it to be fixed. I just got discharged from physio last week (November). I'm currently doing exercises to build up my leg muscles and my knee will hurt from time to time but not often. However I still have swelling on my knee and is extremely painful when I go on all four knees (for my exercises). I'm going back to the hospital next week to discuss my MRI results but I wondered if anyone had any advice or tips for recovery? Thank you
