I smashed my foot against a dresser and don’t know what to do

a few days ago a smashed my middle toe against a large 70lbs dresser to the point of snapping my nail off, and causing multiple blood blisters and bruising. As time progressed i lost the ability to move my last three toes to the left and have barely any ability to move my big toe and the one next to it, could this possibly be nerve ending damage and or a broken set of toes?

You'll never know if you don't go to the doc and get some pictures taken.  It could be lingering inflammation, it could be nerve impingement, it could be lots of things.  Did you not go to the doctor?
