Finger joint pain.

I'm 28 and I have joint pain in my finger joints and I feel it in my wrists sometimes too. And in the digits of my feet (I think).

I have no RF in my blood and the doctor said just take Ibuprofen.

I am slightly over weight because of bulimia.
I've had gluten sensitivity problems (makes me sluggish and hungry).
AND labyrinthitus in the past months.

No thyroid problems. Not diabetic.

Feeling it might be Fibromyalgia ?

I'm lost.
