Hamstring lumps

Hi,

I have small moveable lumps in my hamstrings (across both legs, inner and outer side).

I feel them mainly when i stretch my leg. I have done an MRI and ultrasound and visited two orthopaedic surgeons. Both said to me not to worry but they gave me different diagnosis. First one said old tears from injuries while second one said that he doubts that and he reckons they are lymp nodes. The MRI was clean and the ultrasound showed that these were in the fascia, not attached to the muscle. They move and do not hurt.

I have always been active (football, running and weightlifting).

I am feeling uneasy if there is something sinister and doctors didn't notice. I have noticed them 9 months ago and they haven't changed.
