Have severe neck and shoulder pressure, can't walk straight, rapid weight loss.

Dear Community.

I am at a loss of what to do. I have been to 7 or 8 doctors have had a full MRI and brain scan and they still do not know what is wrong with me. I am a 58 year old male limousine driver. It started with a sore throat and neck pain in August and now has expanded where I can not walk straight and am losing weight and muscle mass rapidly. I feel an ongoing pressure in my neck and shoulders and can not longer walk straight. I have been to neurologists and orthopedic doctors and they initially thought it was spinal stenosis or lime disease but it seems like neither condition are the issue. Can you pleeease help me with what this might be?

Thank you in advance
