Hip FAI after surgery pain

I had two laparoscopic hip surgeries (2014 and 2015) to correct FAI. I still deal with recurring pain and no answers. Ive tried cortisone shots, anti inflammatories, physical therapy. Nothing has helped. I’ve noticed that if I put compression and specific pressure on my hip joint it relieves some of the pain. Any idea what could be going on?

That's frustrating.  And the bad news is that you can read a lot of similar instances of pain continuing after FAI surgery making it often something people wish they didn't do as it didn't help overall.  I believe they'd consider your surgeries failed surgeries since you have long term post operative pain.  I am very sorry about that!  Unfortunately it looks like they offer the rehabilitation things you've already tried to improve the situation.  What does your doctor say?  Do they have any next steps for you?
