Hip replacement 22 year old

Hello community ,
i was diagnosed with perthes disorder at the age of 4 and had a deformed left hip ever since. lately, the structure of my hip has caused some problems in my body such as arthritis, kneecap dislocations x3 in my left knee, back pain, a shorten leg (1') and overall postural discomforts that effect my everyday life.
Every doctor performed the same old range tests and asked the same old questions and came to the same old conclusion which is i am fine and should approach intense physical therapy and stop complaining.
The truth is i am a healthy young man, I engage in physical activities on a daily basis (despite my disabilities) and try to strengthen my muscles in order not to fall apart but no matter what I do, pain and complications keeps reaching out to me and eventually crushes me mentally.

I am seriously considering hip replacement surgery for I see no other option for me to stabilize my body and travel like i dream on doing. I would appreciate your opinions (:
