I have Hair line fracture in my elbow so what I do for this ?
One month ago I fell down from my bike. my right hand elbow is fractured with hairline then I consult a Orthopaedic doctor he create a x-ray of my hand and he find a hairline fracture in my elbow.so he advised me to take a one month plaster.now my plaster has open but my hand not work properly.I feel very hard,tightness. what I do for this please help me..
