I have THR in both hips and there is shortening of left leg..

Hi, I am 42 years old now. I was born without any deformity and throughout my childhood days I was healthy, sportive and physically active. At the age of 12, I had a high fever and after that I started limping and also I had a severe neck pain and sometimes I was not able to move my neck from a particular position. I had been consulted with many doctors but there was no result. In the mean time my left hip which was affected after fever started getting damaged and I felt lot of pain while walking or doing any physical activity. As left leg was shorter than right leg, entire body weight came to right leg. Slowly I started acute pain in my right hip and at the age of 32, I had done two major surgeries one after another. First near surgeon had done fixation of cervical spins C1-C2/C3 and I was on collar belt for 3 months and after 3 months of this surgery, orthopaedic surgeon had done THR in my right hip as the damage was more though the hip problem started in my left hip. As both the surgery cost me a lot and I was not in a position to go for another THR. In due corse of my time I decided to go for left THR and at the age of 40, i.e after 8 years of first surgery, I had gone for the same. My right THR is MOM but left THR is Ceramic on Ceramic. Both the THR was being done in Chennai. But after this surgery there is inequality of leg length and limping is still there. Its almost one year passed but there is no improvement in limping. And since last one month, I am feeling acute pain in my right ankle. As I started doing physical activity to get rid of my weight before 6 months, like walking 2 to 3 km doing some moderate weight training under guidance. I have consulted my surgeon and as per him, pelvis correction will take some time and slowly it will be rectified. And again pain in my right ankle. Can you please suggest me what to do now.....
