I think a Synivsc shot went in the wrong place

With my last shot of Synivsc it felt like it went into a bursa under the knee cap. since then I have had multiple issues and I'm not getting answers.  What can happen and what can I expect.  I have contacted the doctors office 4 times and they are not letting me speak with the dog, the PA or the nurse take the call or the Secretary calls back. Help I was doing great after meniscus surgery now I am having problems

what is this Synivsc shot about?  I need a knee replacement, but will have to wait til I have insurance, would this be something I could look into? Is it expensive?  I have had 3 cortisore shots, the last didnt do anything ...
