I woke up one morning with excruciating hip pain

Hi, I’m an 18 year old female. I woke up this morning with severe hip pain. It was out of the blue and excruciating. I could barley lay on either side. I got up and could barley walk. I thought maybe the pain was caused from sleeping funny and that it would subside throughout the day. The pain didn’t get any better, it’s actually almost worse. I did nothing the day before or that night that I would think could cause such pain. I do however have a history with bad bones, joints and muscles. The only thing that I could think of that would cause such pain would be the fact that I wear 5” heels everyday. I’m not sporty and don’t do any sports so I couldn’t have injured it during sports. I have been in two motorbike accidents in the past two years and problems arise from those incidents all the time, even though it was long ago. I’m not sure if maybe this could be the case or whether it could be something else. I tried to google my problem and it comes up with tendinitis, arthritis or sciatica, but I don’t think it could be that severe because like I said, it started after sleeping.
