Is it okay to reduce dose of AKT 4 kit?

Hello, I am 24 years old female. I was diagnosed with spine TB two and half months back. The MRI report and USG biopsy showed that I have L5-S1 tubercular spondylitis. I have taken bed rest for 2 months. And using AKT 4. There is an improvement in pain in leg. I still have mild back pain when I get up after sitting. If I sit on chair with full effort , there is pain on my butt regions. And the muscles on left upper leg is hard.
The doctor suggested me with some exercises. This exercise caused more back pain and feeling of something on back region while sleeping from left side. So I stopped exercise.
Before starting medicine I used to have ESR 65 then it fluctuated like this - 54, 20, 38,48,43,10,40.
The doctor prescribed me to reduce dose of AKT 4 after 3 months.
Please help me.
Do I still have to continue exercise?
Is the fluctuation of ESR fine?
And I am confused to change dosage of AKT 4 ?
