Knee Dislocation

Hi like three weeks ago i i had my knee sprained it is a little bit better i can walk with a cane but i can not bend the knee and it is still swollen. Is that normal ? How long does it take to heal?

How are you feeling now?
How old are you?
A swelling indicates that either it is due to inflammatory reaction from the joint or around the joint.
Have you done any imaging study? Did you see any doctor? Are you on any pain meds?
What line of treatment are you following?
I think you should be seeing an orthopaedician as early as possible. If a knee is just sprained it will take 4-6 weeks to get back to normal provided there was complete rest provided to joint for al least 1 -2 weeks.
