Lacking flexibility after knee replacement surgery

It has been two years since I have had a total left knee replacement . I still have stiffness in my knee and I can not
bend it more than a 90 degree angle. I swim, walk, take yoga classes & constantly try to stretch it -- but nothing happens. Is there anything I can do for this ?

I had the minipulation done already - it did not seem to work any better. My knee has had the same stiffness in it since the first day I had it replaced !!! My surgeon says keep trying to bend & stretch it !!!

I am seven months post surgery from right knee replacement. I just had to have it scoped because i tore my mcl and had bleeding under the knee cap and blood clots. Ugh. Has your doctor ever recomended a minipulation? What does your surgeon say about the lack of motion?

I had a partial knee replacement last May, I still have pain soreness at the implant site specifically and STIFFNESS! It is difficult to do any walking around without it swelling for 2-3 days sometime longer. I have a friend who is a physical therapist and said the key is following through with the knee exercises daily the first year and as needed weekly from then on but remember to ice pack the knee following exercise. I am still unable to work at a job that requires walking or standing. I was a real estate agent and had to quit after 11 years. I am worried that is may have come loose.I can feel sideways movement of the knee parts when I lift my leg and swing it, or lay in bed and move my leg side to side. it drives me crazy! do you experience this as well?:
