My MRI results

I had a MRI done. I am in severe pain and need to know if the results can clairfy it for me . Here is my results. Thank You!
L3-L4" Diffuse disc bulge with tiny right paracentral disc herniation. Mild bilateral facet hypertrophy. L4-L5= Diffuse disc bulge, eccentric to the left. Disc material does mildly eccaces fat inferiorly in the left neural foramen.
Then it says this.. IMPRESSION. Degeerative disc disease at L3-L4 AND L4-L5. AT L3-L4 THERE IS A TINY RIGHT PARACENTRAL DISC HERNIATION. lEFT ECCENTRIC DIFFUSE DISC BULGE NOTED AT L4-L5. No adanced central or foraminal stenosis identified.
What does this mean
is this causing me pain.!? Help Please!
