Lump in Eye Lid

I have a lump inside  of the middle of the top eye lid, not near the eye lashes. This occured while i was in the middle east still hasnt gone, since septmber. what could it be?

Its not itchy, its not a stye, the first aider thinks its not a stye. Some mornings it sore but its a solid mass in my eye lid.

is it itchy, does it hurt, maybe a stye ...simple to treat may need an anti biotic cream
