MRI results. Do I need anything done or not?

IMPRESSIONS : 1. Severe glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis
with resultant
degenerative circumferential fraying/tearing of the labrum with concomitant
posterior subluxation of the humeral head at the articulation indicative of
posterior instability. 2. Chronic rupture of the long head biceps tendon. 3.
Mild-moderate rotator cuff tendinopathy which appears greatest in severity
within the anterior distal fibers of the supraspinatus tendon. 4. Mild-moderate
AC joint degenerative change.
5. Os acromiale.

Looks like you might need surgical intervention.  Your shoulder is partially dislocating, it will not stop until the issue is resolved.

My labrum was torn causing partial dislocations, and a repair resolved the problem.
