Managment Avascular Necrosis of left femur head

Hello!
Im 29 yrs old Male.
Non smoker,no drug use,no cortisone use,non diabetic, no body trauma.
For about 2 weeks i have had constant pain in the left coxofemoral region. I had an MRI which showed a Avascular Necrosis (small area, no deformity of the capsula of the head) and inflamation of the around area.
Also on the right femur i have a Econdroma ( the docotor told me to not worry about it. No pain or other issues of the right femur ever).
My Orthopedic doctor suggested me this treatment:
1.Vitamin D 50.000 UI( every 15 days) orally.
2.Calcium and Vit D chewable.
3.Clody 200 mg(clodronic acid) Intra Muscular injection. 1 every day for 10 days. Then 1 every week for 1 month. Then 1 injection every 15 days for 3 months.
4.To use Magnotherapy machine (Biostim).
5.To use crutches for about 3 months. No weight on the left leg...
Is there any other thing i should take care of?
Thank you!

Limit alcohol. You stated no drug use, but I was not sure if that included alcohol.

Also, make sure your doctor rules out predisposing conditions such as sickle cell disease.
