My forearm and wrist don’t align!

My wrist is a little rotated so that it is showing a little bit of bone that’s popped out in the left corner. It is not a cyst. What can I do to realign my wrist and forearm bones? Please help! Thanks!

Sometimes, your wrist/forearm may not look aligned even though your bones are aligned. If not already previously performed, consider getting an X-ray to rule out malalignment such as subluxation or dislocation.
