Neck problem

Hello Medhelp!
Last week, I was watching Olympics with my girlfriend while doing some squats with her on my shoulders. I decided to jump but, she lost balance and we fell forward which resulted with her putting excessive weight on my head towards the ground. If you are a professional, my info from the chiropractor is up top.

I've been doing this thing called ProAdjuster but, I have very high doubts on it's effects on my problem as research has proven well enough to me that the machine tool will not work and more.

What is your opinion? I've set up a date with the Orthopedic doctor. Do you think it's a possible chance that I'm SCREWED into surgery?

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include muscular sprain/ spasm, injuries to ligaments/ tendons/ muscles, fractures etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile I would suggest avoiding extreme movements, while warm compresses/ ice packs and tylenol/ OTC NSAIDS may be helpful to relieve the discomfort.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
