Ortho Arm Question..

Roughly 2-years ago I had op-surgery done to my right shoulder to correct dislocation issues that had led to erosion of the cartilage around the humeral head and kept slipping out. The surgery included making small cuts with invasive surgery, and pulling muscle tissue closer to keep the joint in place. After much physical therapy, all turned out excellently! So fast forward a couple years, and today I noticed a sort of knotting feeling and slight pain in the tricep area of my right arm, and a few hours later as I had my arm propped up a little higher than normal I noticed a vibrating almost pulling sensation in my right shoulder around the surgery site. Could it be possible the stitching after 2-years has come loose, that I may be at risk again??
