Hi, I have this sharp pain under my left breast when I breath and certain movements, it started in December when I was training, I do pole dance sport, after classes were finished for December it was gone but started the pain when we started classes in January again, I did go to the doc and they did X-rays and nothing, doc said must be hairline fracture on my rib but pain is back, it's not in my breast under it, please help

You have Costochondritis, inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs and the juncture where the cartilage connects with the sternum.  Google it for more information on treatment, symptoms, etc..
