growth plate

wil my son be able to pitch again?  he has a hairline fracture to growthplate, and his tendon for pitching was stretched, but did not require surgery...both on same elbow.

Tingling may not necessarily be related to nerve injury and could be caused by nerve irritation, inflammation etc as well; though if associated with nerve injuries, it is a good sign since this shows regeneration. You may consider getting this reviewed by his orthopedician.

thanks so much! we also found out, he may have nerve problems, he has tingling. so, back to same question....what do you think?

Hairline fractures usually heal well and I do not see a cause for worry, though you may like to discuss the expected prognosis in detail with his treating doctor.
