Pinched nerve?

Two days ago I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck and arm (just above elbows). The night before I was laying in a poor posture on the couch.

Over the past two the days this pain is no longer and terrible as it is.
I only feel the pain in my upper arm area when I bend my neck down.
I at first thought it was a muscle issue, but my muscles have no pain.

I did some reading and realized that I may have potentially pinched a nerve.

I’m wondering what is the outlook for something like this given that the pain has eased just a bit from the onset to now?

I’m also thinking of trying some stretches from YouTube.

Does a trip to the doctor seem necessary right now?
