I have chronic wrist pain but nothing shows up on scans

I have had wrist pain for 3 years now due to falling repeatedly on my hand while ice skating; my hand kept falling outstretched. I can't put pressure on it (such as push ups)  without it hurting, carry heavy items, or write. My wrist hurts at random times or when i'm doing a physical activity. The wrist always cracks, locks in place, and the pain is extreme. I have done x-ray and MRI exams and the only thing that was shown on the x-ray was that my wrist was slightly angled. I have done physical therapy for a while and it worked only for a short time, after that the pain came back and is getting even worse since I have to write a lot in school. I don't know what causes the pain or how to help it.
