Pulling sensation in heel

Hello,

I stubbed my 4th toe (next to the pinky) really hard last Saturday. It turned black and blue and was extremely sore. That is getting better but now I have this really weird pulling sensation (like a rubber band) on the right side of my heel bone (look at the back of foot when standing flat on the floor and the pain is touching the floor between the ankle and the back-middle of the very back of the foot) when I am walking or put my foot straight when sitting down. When it is not straight it is more of a burning feeling. There are no bumps or anything I can feel there nor is there anything visable.

Any ideas on what is going on? How do I make it stop?

Thank you!
