Spine

Hello i went for an xray on my spine a couple of weeks ago. i had a letter home today saying i have a bend in my spine what does this mean and what can they do? Please answer my question

The bend may be due to your genetic i.e  by birth or you might have developed it by your lifestyle changes or due to any injury to your spine, back etc.
You have to be careful in the shoes you wear, proper position on bed, proper position while sitting, working, driving and also use proper chair, proper bed etc.
Go to an orthopaedican to discuss all the pros and cons and also to get  symptomatic relief. Take care!
